I have been seeing Dr. Baktidy for years and believe he is giving me the best care. However; his office staff is rude, unprofessional and condescending. They all could use an attitude adjustment.

Stay away tried to make an appointment spoke to the most unprofessional woman rude woman. If this is any indication how someone is treated before they arrive beware.
