Yesterday I took my 95 year old mother to your facility on 14 ave in Boro Park for a CT scan of the brain. Our appointment was for 1:50 & we arrived on time at 1:40. We were in the waiting room...

Get ready to sit and wait. The office is running very slow. You will end up waiting to be seen at least 1 hour past your appointment. The office also has a bad ventilation system.

Nice employees but the service is extremely slow for some reason. We had an appointment for 9 am but could see the physician at 9.47!

The wait here is ridiculous. Be prepared to wait up to two hours after your appointment time. The desk staff is useless.
