Proactive Potential

History

When I joined Google 10+ years ago, I led a sales team of 25 people, responsible for over $100 million of revenue. Although I enjoyed leading the team to achieve quarterly sales quotas and growing our business, I realized that I was passionate about helping the members of my team in their career development. For example, I coached them on applying to MBA and other grad schools, landing more senior roles within Google, making a career change to other industries or companies, or finding a job in another city or country. I started my own coaching business, Proactive Potential, to work with a small number of clients on weekday nights and on Saturday mornings (either in person in Manhattan, or by video-conference or phone).

Specialties

We provide coaching services in person (in Manhattan, New York), by video conference and phone. Sessions are available in the evenings and weekends. The three main areas of our coaching practice are: Career Coaching, Executive Coaching, and Life Coaching.
