Appointment required for all visits. 24-hour cancellation notice required. No refunds on goods and services sold. Exchanges for products only. All promotional deal services (massage & facial combo) must be performed during the same visit. When booking an appointment, toy must provide any voucher numbers (if any). Vouchers may not be used for any promotional deals. Gratuity are not included. Gratuity is typically 15%-20% of the retail price of the service. Gratuity in cash only please. Please arrive early/on time for your scheduled appointment to avoid delays for the next client(s), we will not make up for the time lost. When arriving, please expect a 5-10 minute wait as clients prepare to leave the room and staff members prepare your room. A fine of 50% will be charged if client fails to show. Please let your service provider or receptionist know of any medical, physical, or personal concerns before the treatment. Prices are subject to change without notice.
