Precision Cuts master barber and owner David started his professional career at the age of 13 in the former Soviet Union where he learned and began to love the art of hair. Upon immigrating to the United States in 2004, David worked on Long Island perfecting his barbering techniques. Prior to opening up his own shop David spent a decade working in a best rated barber establishment in New York City.
