Pratt Institute

Founded in 1887, the Pratt Institute offers a range of undergraduate, graduate and associate s degree programs in the areas of science and liberal arts for artists and creative professionals. It provides programs in various fields, including architecture, painting, graphic design, advertising, photography, animation, construction management, and critical and visual studies. The Pratt Institute also offers programs in media, digital arts, fashion and interior designing, and film and video. Additionally, it operates a library that houses more than 200,000 volumes of reference materials and over 600 periodicals, as well as provides a variety of books on history, theory and criticism. The Pratt Institute maintains a location in New York City.
