Dr. Prabhav (Prav) Deo is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Rehabilitation Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College who is board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He specializes in non-operative care of the spine, musculoskeletal medicine, and sports medicine.Dr. Deo received his bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience at Johns Hopkins University, graduating with honors. He then attended Rutgers New Jersey Medical School where he earned his medical degree. He completed his internship and residency at Northwestern University/Shirley Ryan Ability Lab. He concluded his medical training at the Hospital for Special Surgery, where he completed a North American Spine Society (NASS) accredited Interventional Spine and Sports Medicine Fellowship.He has clinical expertise in musculoskeletal medicine, sports injuries, and non-operative care of spinal disorders. He utilizes a holistic approach with the ultimate goal of maximizing patient function. His treatments include lifestyle modification, therapeutic exercise, image-guided injections, and fluoroscopic interventions. Dr. Deo has published several peer-reviewed journal articles and has an interest in medical education.

Dr. Ronald A. Lehman, Jr. is a nationally recognized expert in the treatment of adult and pediatric spine conditions. He then completed his fellowship training in adult and pediatric spine surgery at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri. Prior to joining the faculty at Washington University, he served as a Lieutenant Colonel (LTC) in the Army, receiving three Meritorious Service Medals (MSMs), the “A” Proficiency Designator and the Order of Military Medical Merit. He was the Chief of the Adult and Pediatric Spine Service, and the Consultant to the White House.. Dr. Lehman is the recipient of several Department of Defense (DOD) research grants totaling more than $10 million. He currently serves as the Program Chairman of the Cervical Spine Research Society (CSRS), Scoliosis Research Society (SRS), and the Lumbar Spine Research Society (LSRS). Additionally, he will take over as Chairman of the International Meeting on Advanced Spine Techniques (IMAST) next year. Dr. Lehman has over 120 peer reviewed publications.
