History

In May of 2013 Ron Powers decided to take his passion for photography to the next level. Starting out with a camera that he bought for $50, he began his journey. Within a few months, he was able to work his way from a film camera to a digital camera. After getting his name out there, he continued to build his business while still working a full time job as well. In just a few short months, in October of 2013, Ron took a leap and decided to make Powers Images his full time job. He is pleased to say, he hasn't looked back since then! Ron approaches his photography with a deep passion and a love for the art. He takes courses during his down times to continue to learn and grow his business. He has developed a loyal customer base and loves when he can go through life's journey with them. Powers Images shoots everything from Engagements, Weddings, Maternity, Family and Senior portraits. Ron has also been known to take photos for various causes and benefits as well as parties.
