History

Poughkeepsie Process Services is a subsidiary of Mid Hudson Protective Services, LLC that was formed as an independent division to serve the legal needs of our consumer. The founder of the company, a former New York State Trooper and State Police Academy Instructor ,had envisioned taking his training and experience to the private sector to offer these services in an increasing market. We here at Poughkeepsie Process Service pride ourselves on offering our clients rapid, reliable services that they expect and rightfully deserve.

Specialties

Serving the Hudson Valley and surrounding areas with legal process services. We would locate and serve your court papers upon the Defendant/Respondent for your court proceedings. In addition, our office provides research and court filings of documents for private individuals, attorneys and government institutions. We are conveniently located in the downtown Poughkeepsie area just steps from Family and County Courthouses. We have full time license Private Investigators to assist with locating individuals and conducting interviews to assist with preparing for court proceedings.
