I'm such a newbie when it comes to Poke. All I know is- that it's Hawaiian-based, bite-sized cubed seafood and that veggies are involved. Since I'm a Pescatarian, this was right up my alley....

You can get a lot of veggies to make up for any vegetable deficiency. I added black tobiko as a topping, which gave it a nice crunchy texture.
