Urban Dove is a youth development organization based in New York City that began as an afterschool program in 1998, helping young people acquire critical life skills and become independent adults. In 2012, Urban Dove expanded its mission by establishing the UD Team network of high schools, which serves undercredited students through a curriculum that integrates sports, youth development, and academics. At UD Team, students are placed on single-gender teams with dedicated coaches who support them both academically and athletically.
