A number of machines are broken, and have been broken for many months. Staff is friendly and apologizes, but that doesn't help, when for example there are only two of a machine and one is forever...

The bathrooms are always so disgusting and the bottle filter at the fountain never works! I should not have rejoined this gym - it's worse than it was last time I was a member a few years ago!

i called the planet fitness gym.. i talked to 1 of the staff over the phone.. he said he takes my card? i ask how do i sign up.. he said you can do over the phone or come in? it was thursday...

Avoid peak times of Monday-Friday 4pm-7pm, as the gym is PACKED, and you have to wait in line to access any equipment. If you get $10 per month membership, you'll have to pay a $40 registration...
