P.J. Clarke's at Tioga Downs Casino Resort is a little taste of the big apple with an upstate, New York small town charm combined with a Resort full of fun. Although the restaurant is fairly new at Tioga Downs Casino Resort, the name P.J. Clarke's is a legend in New York. So in the original P.J. Clarke's words we're serving up "Fresh food, frosty drinks and good, old-fashioned conversation." P.J. Clarke's is know for their delicious burgers, such as our Cadillac Burger (double smoked country bacon, onion, American cheese, and bread & butter pickle) but we are not your average burger joint. Add in a full fresh Raw Bar with the best seafood in town and a master at shucking, the best Maryland Crab cakes, to die for French Onion Soup, Juicy USDA grass fed steaks, and much more! And don't forget perfect Manhattan's, Jumbo Bloody Mary's, bubbly Lust's, and passionate cosmos poured by a bar tender that will remember your name and your drink!
