Pizza Roma is a bakery+pizzeria+restaurant+garden. It's a small chain of pizzeria's with other stores in Roma and Barcelona. It's the one and only place where you can have a real roman style "pizza al taglio". Our dough rises for 96 hours. This makes our pizza healthier, lighter and very digestible.
