Been waiting on basic parts for over 2 months. Company is impossible to get ahold of. I'd have never bought this scooter had I known how awful this company was.

If I could give minus stars I would. My brother bought a 2018 Piaggio brand new that came with a 2 year full warranty. 6 months after purchasing he scooter he started having problems getting it...
