“Pete's” Saloon & Restaurant of Elmsford was born in 1977, and has grown from “The Saloon”, the ambitious dream of former owner Peter Riekstins to another ambitious dream of new owner-Anthony Bartolotta.So many of our friends and clientele have grown with us remaining loyal through our six renovations, kitchen and staff upgrades. So many new folks have also joined the Pete's community in recent years, as the quality of the meals, ambience and venue have expanded and matured.Now, in 2020, in the most unprecedented times the restaurant industry has ever faced, Pet's is always a superb value, maintaining the standards of fresh ingredients and care in preparation of the meals so proudly served. Still, with almost four decades of changes, Pete's has never lost the warm, relaxed friendly atmosphere that is the cornerstone of the Restaurant’s popularity with locals and visitors alike.
