The employees were very friendly and would above and beyond to make you what you wanted. Nice place to eat, and to hang out with your friends.

Let me put it this way: if you're an RIT student, you're way better off eating at Gracie's. The staff is rude and disinterested, and they also seem to not generally know how to work productively....

It took an hour for one person in our group to get a soup, while everyone else (who got sandwiches and pizza) were finished eating. staff is incredibly rude, stating that since she *also* ordered...
