Peer Health Exchange

Peer Health Exchange is a nonprofit organization dedicated to building healthier communities by empowering young people through education and resources. Founded in 2003, the organization trains college students to deliver vital health education to high school students in under-resourced communities, having reached over 188,000 young individuals to date.

In addition to its educational initiatives, Peer Health Exchange has created selfsea, an inclusive online platform that enables young people to share knowledge on identity, mental health, and sexual health. By partnering with various organizations, Peer Health Exchange aims to advance health equity and enhance health outcomes for youth across the nation.
