It was Christmas Eve and I was panicked...I realized I had nothing for dessert for my gluten-free friend, Hannah. Luckily, another friend from London had the answer, bake a Pavlova. One bite and I was hooked. I knew the people of NYC would love this dessert. Thus Pavlova to the People began.
