Established in 1967, JRECK Subs began as a humble venture by five teachers from Carthage Central High School, who sold submarine sandwiches from an old school bus. The name "JRECK" is derived from the initials of the founders: Jerry Haley, Robert Martin, Ellis Martin, Charles Lehman, and Keith Waltz, embodying a rich tradition of fresh, made-to-order subs across New York.
