I called them mid-day to get a furnace fixed. They had someone at the house within about an hour. The technician was capable, got a new part and had it fixed in another hour.

$85 service fee, $145 an hour!!!! So to fix my drain it would cost me at least $230??? The next most expensive plumber was $100. How are you still in business????
