History

1913 Frank Lloyd Wright inspired Arts and Crafts Home. Original home of pioneer industrialist James G. Marshall, founder and overall superintendent of Union Carbide Corporation. The Home is a Nationally Registered Historic Home with the Department of the Interior. Operated as The Park Place Bed and Breakfast since 1983. We took over ownership in 2010 and transformed the business from the #12 out of 15 B&B's in Niagara to #2.

Had an excellent 3 night stay in the Marshall Room. The breakfasts were excellent and the location is very close to the New York falls. We would definitely stay there again!
