Edible and bready. Some times the bread doesn't seem as fresh as it could be. I wish the bread bowls were a little thinner, not sure if that's possible though.

This is yet another understaffed Panera location... service is slooooow. They had one employee handling the orders... She was chatting when we arrived which meant that no one was handling the orders
