Ive lived in several apartments through DWB for the last 8 years and I feel safe here and neighbors become like family. Pam smith is not rude she is doing her job !! She must be doing things right...

Do not rent from DBW LLC. Pam is incredibly rude, and will speak to you like you're a child. Everything is your fault.

Very rude and you have to contact multiple times to get your deposit back (if they answer) and then they take from the security deposit for every little thing. I spent time cleaning and scrubbing...
