The Palms Gardens Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation, established in 1970, offers a range of health care services in a home-like setting. mediocre to poor care, if you want your loved one in and out of a hospital I suggest you avoid this place. Deserves half star.

Worst of the worst. Do not send your mom, dad, grandma or grandfather here. The hospital staff which sends patients here for short term rehab must be getting a nice present from this place because...

WORST experience ever with the STAFF that work there! The way they talk to their patients are rudely disturbing and more! Do not send your loved ones here!!!
