This is the second Pain Management practice I've been to in Rochester and it's just awful. For some reason it came highly recommended (Dr. Nemani did, but I was never allowed to schedule with him....

The staff here is absolutely rude and terrible . I have been with Dr.Ng since 2013 and followed him from roc brain and spine. While Dr. Ng is amazing..I will never go back.

I'm with the others. Dr. Ng was great! The office staff messed up my account every time I was there, giving conflicting and wrong information...and not returning calls (ever - even after they ask...
