OUP is illegally charging sales tax on digital purchases in many states in the United States. Most states in America do not tax digital purchases. I was illegally charged sales tax recently and...

They have such a poorly designed admin system that getting paid is chaotic, chews through lots of customer time and in my case resulted in a bounced check charge. After the first textbook review...
