Own Instrument was established in 1957 and has been a family owned and operated company for three generations. While we work to keep pace with technology, we've still managed to retain the quality workmanship and customer service of a family business. A key component of our longevity has been long-term planning and keeping in-tune with the advances of new equipment and new techniques to continually enhance customer satisfaction. As shown in our facility list, we currently operate numerous pieces of CNC equipment. These machines are tied directly into our CAD/CAM system, increasing productivity and providing you with a superior product in less time. Our quality control standards are set up for documented inspection per Mil-I-45208A and calibration of measuring equipment per Mil-STD-45662A. Our parts are currently 80% Dock to Stock with an ultimate goal of 100%.
