Otter House Studios, originally located in Long Island City, NY, was founded in 2016 as a multi-room recording and rehearsal space for local musicians to hone their craft and build a community of artists. Despite the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic, the studio survived and relocated to Brooklyn in September 2023, offering a more personal and hands-on experience for musicians, as well as new photography and videography services.

Under the guidance of owner and sound engineer Andrew Kambanis, along with business owner Derek Maranzano, Otter House Studios has evolved into a multi-media space that caters to a diverse clientele of musicians and creatives. With a focus on providing a comfortable and creative ambiance, the studio continues to foster a beautiful community of creative minds.
