It offers vocational and social rehabilitation and training programs, including vocational evaluation, personal adjustment training, job training, work experience, counseling, family support, crisis intervention and referrals. Its career employment services meet the needs of people with disabilities who desire community-based employment and includes screening and job-based assessment, job development and job matching, individual job coaching and unlimited job retention. It provides enhanced day rehabilitation services for adults with severe multiple disabilities, which comprises individualized therapy plans prepared after considering medical needs, personal preferences, energy and tolerance levels. Its rehabilitation technology services assess the needs of patients and purchases or manufactures assistive devices. .
