Harold T. Wiley Intermediate School offers a variety of educational and enrichment programs for students in grades five and six. It teaches various subjects, including English, math, science, social studies, health education, language arts, computer science, music, arts and crafts and physical education. The school provides various special education programs for students, such as physical, occupational and speech therapies. It also organizes extracurricular activities and sports programs for students. The school s library has a large collection of books and offers various student research links and resources. Located in Watertown, N.Y., Harold T. Wiley Intermediate School operates under the guidelines set by the Watertown City School District that educates more than 4,000 students in grades kindergarten through 12.

Tompkins Seneca Tioga BOCES offers a variety of community and adult education programs. It offers career programs on a range of disciplines that includes automobile body technology, carpentry, computer technology, cosmetology, culinary arts, electrician's studies, visual communications, welding and heavy equipment. The school also offers sports coaching, defensive driving and English as a second language programs. Its sports coaching program covers objectives, rules and regulations, management, and methods of developing, training and conditioning athletes. Additionally, the school offers an alternative education program that provides instructions on academics, vocational skills, work-study and specialized activities.
