1. when trying to contact Orva via phone, the operator line doesn't work. Gauranteeing NO customer service person available. 2. Ordered boots through them via Amazon. 10 days later... still...

This is a really bad seller. Purchased boots on December 6th only to be told on December 31st that they don't have any more in stock. That's not acceptable . Any other boots I looked at are now...

The store can be expensive but the shoes are made to fit people with arch or feet issues. The staff is nice and helpful. The selection can be limited due to the size of the store.
