Orleans County Sheriff

Located in Batavia, N.Y., the Genesee County Sheriff's Office has four divisions that include field operations, criminal investigations, support services and community services. Its field operations division is responsible for the uniformed patrol force of Goshen, N.Y. The department s officers patrol the city s streets, answer calls for service and work with the community to solve problems. The Genesee County Sheriff's Office s staff members include police officers, certified jailers, code enforcement officers, crime scene technicians, record room employees, communication operators and dispatchers. The police department offers various services, including traffic incident management, crime mapping and control of sexual offences.
