Have English talking reps I have been with out service at my address and have not been able to get no one to come and get the service going again, been given so many excuses that's it's unbelievable.

Worst company ever. Book my service get installation date told what to pay in advance I do that and the cancel my installation date for $14 instead of calling texting or emailing me just to pay it...
