One STAR is ONE too MANY ! YOU TRICK your customers...up their bill by $30 a mo. for NO reason, then when you call them to ask why/complain, you are told they will lower your bill to what it Was...
Leave and walk right over to Verizon. Do not give them a penny. They will bait and switch you on promotions and hope you do not notice.
Optimum, nightmare; tried to put account on hold and I was on the phone for 56 minutes! And they charge $10/mo to put it on hold!
I did eventually switch to Verizon- who are much much better!!! But there are some complexes that only offer optimum so those residents don't have that choice.
