Ondo means temperature. Chef&Owner Harry believes all dishes have a right serve temperature for customers that is the way we will challenge for. After long term training under a Michelin star sushi restaurant(15 east and sushi Azabu). Chef Harry would like to build a sushi restaurant which serves traditional Japanese technique skills with reasonable prices, comfortable circumstances and a relaxed vibe for all customers.
