Ollie's Place is the cat adoption counterpart to the animal rescue group Mighty Mutts, founded in 1994. Both Ollie's Place and Mighty Mutts are all-volunteer, no-kill animal rescue organizations that share a common goal of saving and finding forever homes for abused and abandoned animals throughout NYC and beyond. For many lower Manhattan residents, Mighty Mutts is most well-known for its presence at the Southwest corner of Union Square, where on most every Saturday afternoon a dozen or so dedicated volunteers, accompanied by rescued dogs, promote adoption, procure donations and raise awareness among passersby.
Ollie's Place is a non-profit, no-kill cat adoption center with the goal of finding a permanent, loving home for every animal. All the cats were rescued from the streets of New York City and have been: *Provided full vaccinations; *Fully vet checked; *Spayed/neutered; and *Screened for FiV and FeLV. Can you provide a forever home? To find out more about Ollie's Place, view profiles of our cats, and learn how to volunteer, adopt or donate, please visit our website: www.olliesplace.org or contact us via email: olliescats@gmail.com. Thank you! Ollie's Place operates as a subsidiary of Mighty Mutts, a no-kill, not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization that rescues both cats and dogs. Please visit us at www.mightymutts.org
