It is a disaster. Almost 2 months and we haven't received the shoes. This business is going broke. They don't even have a customer service number. Sad story, from been a great brand to nothing.

Return policy and fees are exorbitant. Styles are nice but shipping fees plus return penalties per item are unreasonable and in my opinion not competitive.
