OCO Youth Services provides a variety of supportive services for youths. The division s Assets Coming Together for Youth program is a youth development project that brings people together to increase opportunities for young people. Its Fulton School Mentoring Program engages youths and caring adults in forming supportive relationships. OCO Youth Services provide a community home for youths and offers foster care, counseling, life-skills training, and educational and daily living support. The division also provides counseling in the areas of pregnancy, parenting, birth control, and labor and delivery. In addition, it offers emergency services for at-risk and homeless youths. OCO Youth Services is a part of OCO, which is a member of the Greater Oswego County United Way Agency.

Based in Oswego, N.Y., Oswego YMCA is a non-profit Christian community service organization. It specializes in offering a variety of programs and activities for people of all ages, especially for youths, for inculcating Christian values, social skills and physical sports. The organization offers classes for kickboxing, indoor cycling, body sculpting and Pilates, to name a few. Oswego YMCA provides personal training, swimming lessons, cycle classes and aquatic classes, among others. The organization conducts various events, such as warm up oswego noon and harborfest.
