These guys are great. They have a lot of contacts in Brooklyn and have literally transformed my block by bringing in a lot of great businesses, nice restaurants and bars.

would definitely steer clear of this place. found an apartment through them two years, had an agent show us the place and then realized that i had also signed up with another one of their agents...
