The NYSAR Housing Opportunities Foundation Inc. is a charitable organization established by the New York State Association of REALTORS to assist families and individuals in achieving homeownership across New York State. Since its inception in 2003, the foundation has successfully helped over 400 families become homeowners by providing first-time homebuyer grants to alleviate closing costs and down payment expenses. Governed by a dedicated board of directors, the organization actively engages in fundraising and community partnerships to promote safe, decent, and affordable housing for all New Yorkers.
