About Cluster CLUSTER provides services and programs that assist residents in Yonkers and Westchester and Rockland County to build a better future for themselves and their communities. The thrust of all our programs is the empowerment of individuals, families and communities to fulfill their dreams and potential. CLUSTER Community Services is a private, non-profit, 501 (c) (3) multi-service agency located in Yonkers, New York. Our Mediation Centers provide the highest quality dispute resolution and training to residents and businesses in Westchester and Rockland Counties. Our mediators are trained and certified under the auspices of the NYS Unified Court System and our areas of expertise include community disputes, Custody/Visitation, Divorce, Restorative Justice, school based programs and Eviction Prevention. The focus of Youth & Family Programs is to improve the lives of children and families by providing academic support, enrichment activities, and youth leadership and development programs.
