I used this ferry departure point at the end of August. It was very clean and orderly. The directions were simple. I'm so happy I discovered this route, as it makes getting down to the WTC area...

Worst customer service ever! Also, come on NY Waterway how about some indicators on which slip goes where? What's the point of having screens if you're not going to use them
