The Heart Health Cardiac Rehabilitation Program offers a range of treatment options for cardiac patients. The program provides outpatient exercise, nutritional counseling and lifestyle management services. It serves patients with the medical history of heart transplantation, angioplasty and congestive heart failures. The Heart Health Cardiac Rehabilitation Program is a part of Hudson Valley Heart Center, which is a health care facility that offers a variety of medical services. The center offers cardiac event monitoring, electrocardiogram, and carotid and abdominal ultrasound services. The center also provides multigated acquisition, nuclear stress testing, pulse volume recording and pacemaker installation services.
