it's been 16 hours for me since i've been with them & im already restricted , locked out & cant be helped . they didn't put my correct birthyear or address , they tell me they stopped my card...

Again your website is disappoints. I don't want to have to have back and forth with customer service every time I use your app. I tried three devices to pay bills. There are apparently new privacy...
