Charging for a prescription is illegal ! It violates Federal Law. I Went for a complete eye exam and was told I had to pay $50 for a prescription. that is illegal. You can Google "FTC complying...

I had an appt with Dr. William C. Boozan. I don't feel like my concerns were addressed. I did not get a refraction test. I also have concerns about the application of the "anesthetic" to my eyes.
