Spent 5 minutes with provider , no labs no imaging and was sent a bill for $305 bc the provider I saw was out of my network. They don't verify providers NPI with your insurance so it's gamble on...

The doctor and the nurse are good, but the front desk person needs better sensitivity training. She was not professional at all. In fact, she was rude. I would not go there again.
