Raphael E. Rosenbaum, MD, is a skilled ophthalmologist and uveitis specialist serving the tri-state area with four New York offices in the Upper East Side of Manhattan, the Borough Park neighborhood of Brooklyn, New Rochelle, and Forest Hills. With his extensive surgical training and ongoing practice, Dr. Rosenbaum is board eligible by the American Board of Ophthalmology.Dr. Rosenbaum earned his bachelor of arts from Yeshiva University in New York, where he graduated with honors with a major in mathematics and a minor in biology. He earned his medical degree at New York Medical College in Valhalla and completed his internship at Westchester Medical Center in the same city. Dr.

She is also an attending physician at NYU Lutheran Medical Center and Maimonides Medical Center in the same location, and NYU Langone Health in New York.Dr. Nie obtained her medical degree from the Tongji University School of Medicine. She also holds a Ph.D. in biochemistry from the City University of New York. After this, she completed her residency training in pediatrics at the State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center.Dr. Nie holds a certification from the American Board of Pediatrics. She has tremendous experience in treating a diverse range of medical conditions.
