Probably the worst to request a repair from : I told them what was wrong with my oven , they charged me $200 to come to my house look at oven and turn it on .. no tools were used then they say...

Will suggest work that is not in your best interest if it means they get to overcharge. Very Poor integrity and beyond unprofessional. Especially Melissa. Buyer beware!
