We offer focus training that enhances over-all performance and quality of body mind and spirit of human beings. Integration of Mind Breath Movement through conditioning used in ancient practices. Yoga, Qi Gong, and Eastern Martial Arts are strong influences in our teaching style. Presented in a simple modern way that relates to any person regardless of age race color or creed.
